Individuals
Individual therapy is a process of working one-on-one with a counselor to uncover a person’s strength and explore issues, identify effective ways to decrease symptoms and/or cope with them, process and talk out negative experiences until the strong feelings are gone, set personal goals and better oneself to live a more fulfilling life.

Couples counseling promotes tracking of maladaptive patterns, that cause relational issues, effectively breaking them. Couples counseling allows exploration of negative events, such as infidelity, processing them with facilitation by a therapist, and finding an optimal ways to address them. Partners/spouses engaged in couples therapy are usually able to better connect and understand their partner on a deeper level, which leads to happier relationship.

Family therapy usually involves tracking intergenerational relational patterns that cause issues and discovering alternative ways to address them and build healthy relationships.
